Timeline for response
Under s 21(2) of the FOI Act, the department will seek to provide you with
a response within 30 days, commencing from the day after your request was

Section 33(1) Documents affecting personal privacy
Under the FOI Act 1982, section 33(1) exempts documents containing
personal affairs information of third parties where disclosure would be
unreasonable in all the circumstances.

Names of executive level staff are provided as a matter of policy. Please
note that where this information is requested, we will need to consult
