Report conducted by Professor Peter Dux on the cause of the wall collapse at Villanova College in December 2016
Dear Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General,
I , Mark Arthur Stower, Principal of Villanova College request a copy of the report prepared by Professor Peter Dux into the causation for the collapse of the brick facade on the Fr Michael Morahan Staff Centre situated at Villanova College, Coorparoo. The investigation was requested by the Workplace Health and Safety Queensland-(Principal Inspector- Mr Steve Underwood). I believe the report was completed in the week beginning Monday 19 June 2017.
