If you need to apply for these event reports you can apply online through gipa but it 20 business days . It may be better to apply for a subpoena to get these events quicker. You can get your lawyer to issue a subpoena or you can go to your local court and speak to a magistrate on how to apply for it.

In your browser (Google Chrome), type: portal.police.nsw.gov.au, / click on the above link then Enter.
You will be in the NSW Police Community Portal. (Picture of little boy with blue balloon)
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, select “Access to Information”.
It will bring up an Information screen, select “Continue” at the bottom.
In the next screen, in the dropdown box, select “New Access Application”.
You will be asked 6 questions – Yes/No answers are required. If you are unsure, answer No, then continue on with the application.
There is a $30 application fee payable by credit card.
