Dear Australian Postal Corporation,

Could you please make available the standards or guidelines used or followed in investigating a missing parcel or article of post lost in transit but still in the care of Australia Post?

Given Australia Post has recently lost a valuable parcel, would your organisation please waiver any FoI charges as a gesture of goodwill and a willingness to be open and accountable.

I do not review my own decisions, it has been passed on that area of the business and can take up to 30 days.

A response is due no later than 6 March 2015.
