Dear FOI,

The document i request, the "Regional Cooperation Agreement" between
Australia, Indonesia and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) may have been signed in 2000, rather than 2001 as previously indicated.

Can you tell me if that would change your response?

Yours sincerely,

Asher Hirsch

UNCLASSIFIED

Dear Mr Hirsch,

As per the decision record, 'no copy of a Regional Cooperation Arrangement between Australia, Indonesia and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) exists, or was signed in 2001. In 2000, the Regional Cooperation Arrangement was established by an exchange of letters between Australia, Indonesia and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), with the Bali Process then established in 2002'.

Therefore the Department's response remains the same.

You are welcome to make another FOI request, which may capture the documents you are seeking access to.

with regards,
Ms Simons
