Reteival of complains made by Lamb Island Residents 2010-Today

We're waiting for Jonathan Haigh to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Redland City Council,

We require the complaints made by Lamb Island Residents from 2010-Today and any information about how the complaints were managed by council.

It is expected that you would remove all names. We aren't looking to use this to target anyone. Can you assign a number in place of the name as we need to view the frequency of the complaints by each complainer.

Specifically, we are looking for changes in the pattern of complaints before and after COVID. This is because the COVID restrictions implemented here fractured the community. The question we seek to answer is if this is reflected in council complaints?

Yours faithfully,

Jonathan Haigh

Good afternoon Mr Haigh

Thank you for your enquiry.

You can apply for access to documents held by Council under the Right to
Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act).

To clarify the RTI Act give the public a right to access documents of an
agency that exist at the time of application.

To provide you with the requested documents Council would be required to
create a customised report (a document) that did not exist at the time of
your application,

As such this request would most likely be refused under the RTI Act.

Should you wish to proceed with your application for these documents,
please visit [1]Redland City Council’s website for information on making
an application or download the [2]Application Form.

The application fee for 2024/25 is $55.75 which is prescribed by the

contact you regarding payment of this fee.  Important! A surcharge of
