RIF webpage version published prior to 8 June 2018

The regional incubator facilitator (RIF) webpage was updated on 8 June 2018 [1].

However, a version of the RIF webpage had already been published by 25 May 2018 [2].

Please release the first version of the RIF webpage that included staff biographies (prior to 8 June 2018).

As a request for a publicised webpage, please consider releasing this under administrative access.

It is unclear which of your requests you are referring to without being provided further detail or a reference number.

If you are referring to your request of 1 December 2020 (ref: 67636) for access to:

"(1) each RIF webpage update to date including the contents, requests and approvals; and
(2) the advice provided to Department staff during the tender process that [contractor] is working for [third party]."

Unfortunately, the department cannot find any correspondence from you dated 22 January 2021.

The processing time, as per the FOI Act, commences on the day after the agency receives the request - not after the agency "finds" the request.

You received the request on 22 January. As for why you were unable to find it, please refer to your IT department.
