Dear NSW Police Force,

I would like to make an informal request regarding the number of road traffic incidents on corner of O'Riordan and Coward St, Mascot, Sydney. Could you please provide me with statistical reports from the Mascot Police Station that relate to incidents from road traffic that seek to ascertain the number of incidents categorised into red light offences, speeding offences, and collisions on corner of O'Riordan and Coward St, Mascot, Sydney.

Hello Ms. Wickham,

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8(3) of the Government Information
(Public Access) Act (2009), I am writing to advise you that due to the
nature of your request, an ‘informal’ application will not be accepted.
 It is therefore necessary that a ‘formal application’ under the
Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 be submitted.  I have
attached a copy of this form and credit card authority to assist you.
