I hereby request a copy of the independent Road Safety Audit (RSA) Report pertaining to 120 Townsend Road, St Albans Park referred to in the email sent to me by Caitlin Bryers on May 5, 2021.

transitioned into the Department of Transport on 1 July 2019. For further

[2]Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2019 which came into effect on 1
January 2020.
The $29.60 FOI application fee can be paid by electronic funds transfer to
the Department of Transport’s accounts receivable account (details
attached).
Please quote in the transaction description field: FOI 21-16402

account reconciliation purposes.
