Dear Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development,

I am a student journalist at Macleay College, and under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), I request to see any
documentation regarding the route plans and/or alternate routes for
the completion of the Sydney light rail system in 2019.
Additionally, I would like to request any documented communication
between the NSW Government and the infrastructure company in-charge
of these developments.

I note your application seeks access to documents under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), including correspondence originating from the NSW State Government.

The documents you are seeking are not held by the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, as responsibility for the Sydney light rail system do not fall within the responsibilities of this Department.
