I refer my letter to you titled “Safety Reports - Hollywood Plaza Drive in Sign” dated Sunday 4th February 2018.

To expand on my initial contact, I wish to make this request formally Under The Freedom of Information Act 1991.

Further I request for my fees payable to be waivered as they would result in Financial Hardship to me and my family. I am in a low income single Household family with two children, one of them has ongoing medical expenses/high dependency due to being born very Premature.

I look forward to hearing from you within the 30 days as afforded to you under the Freedom of Infirmation Act.
