FOI Request – Reference 376114
Under s 15AA of the FOI Act an extension of up to 30 days can be granted
by agreement.
To assist in processing your request, SBS requests an extension for the
full 30 day period. This extension is sought due to:
* The extent of the search involved in locating all the documents that
fall within the scope of your request and the subsequent
decision-making process
If you agree to grant SBS this extension, the revised due date for making
a decision on your FOI request would be 1 March 2024.
We would be grateful if you could please confirm your agreement to this
extension by next Tuesday, 30 January 2024. If you agree to this
extension, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information
Commissioner of the extension of time.
