Dear Mr Graham

Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) application seeking data related to School spend on relief and agency supply staff for the 2016/2017 academic year for primary and secondary schools in Western Australia. Your application has been referred to the Department of Education as of 1 July 2017 the Department of Education Services amalgamated with the Department of Education.

At this stage your application under FOI is not considered valid as no application fee has been received. If you still wish to lodge a formal FOI, you will be required to provide:

• A copy of proof of identity, such as copy of driver's licence, passport or birth certificate (which includes an address in Australia to which notices under this Act can be sent).

Once the application is valid, I will pass the FOI application on to the relevant business unit to make a decision on access under the FOI Act.

Kind regards

Gaynor McMillan
