Section 94 Contributions for Knockdown Rebuild
Dear Blacktown City Council,
I am planning to do a Knockdown my exisitng 3 bed room single story main house and build a 4 Bed room double story home in Seven Hills. Will there any Section 94 Contributions fee required by Blacktown City Council, if yes, how much that will be as an estimate? I would like to know the fee before I lodge my DA.
