Dear Small Business Advisory Committee,

Hi. I have A business that is me a Business name holder and my abn number but My Ex husband he did know all the information about me and he just logged in to cancel my abn for the business register and then he put his abn to the business without my permission. My i ask is thAt illegal if he do that and how can i take my business back?
