Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,

APRA annually publishes a spreadsheet titled "Annual Fund -Level superannuation Statistcs", the most recent being for the financial year ending 30 June 2019.

Total Assets Column A in Table 2 for the MLC Super Fund is recorded as $82.204 bn

Other statics for the MLC Super Fund is also published in this spreadsheet.

The document I seek is a copy of the source document provided to APRA from which APRA transposes this data for the financial year ending 30 June 2019.

For example a copy of the Audited Financial Statements which is a public document pursuant to SIS Regulation 2.33.

APRA seeks your agreement to extend the timeframe by 10 days to process
the below request under s 15AA(a) of the FOI Act. APRA is due to make a
decision on your request by 4 November 2020 but requires an extension of
time to undertake further consultation and would appreciate your agreement
to extend the time for processing it. Should you agree to the requested 10
day extension, APRA will be required to make a decision on your request by
14 November 2020.

Please advise in writing if you consent to this extension of time.

Dear Mr Sweeney,
