Dear Brisbane City Council,

I am writing to request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 - for relevant tender documents, the designs, notes & minutes associated with works recently carried out at Sunset Park, 30 Monoplane St, Ashgrove QLD 4060.

This is in relation to the BCC tender: 532290 - Sunset Park Leachate Network Upgrade – Concept Design Consultancy, including any subsequent procurement of services to implement designs, which are not listed on the BCC tender site.

We wish to review all community consultation notes gathered and submitted to the contractors, in particular, any documents or notes pertaining to the gate design, the impact of the gate design on the leachate network, and why it was necessary to carry out works to combine the entrance fences to support the leachate systems.

Yours faithfully,

Bardon Resident
