Dear Ms Dwyer

Thank you for your e-mail of 23 February 2016 (below). Unfortunately, we are unable to help with your inquiry as the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department does not hold information about calls to the triple zero (000) emergency service.

Information about the triple zero service is available on the triple zero website at http://www.triplezero.gov.au/Pages/defau....

Telstra has responsibility for providing the service that answers calls to triple zero (000) and transfers them to the requested emergency service organisation such as a State or Territory police or ambulance service.

Inquiries regarding triple zero (000) call data can be made to the Triple Zero Operator by email: [email address].

I hope this information is of some assistance.

Kind Regards

Margarita
