Dear ASD Assist,

Since this OSA was conducted over a non-secure telephone and is in respect to myself, I must assume that it is OFFICIAL and that I have a demonstrable need-to-know.

I would like you to please reconsider using S7 of the FOI act.

Were any feedback provided whatsoever on why I was not successful, this request would not be needed.

I would welcome feedback on the OSA, rather than the reports (acknowledging that the information sheet specifically states no feedback will be given).

My understanding of the OSA is that it covers two elements: security risk and organisational fit.

I cannot conceive how I would be considered a security risk; and I have been awarded two DSD Merit Awards in previous employment within the agency - demonstrating teamwork to achieve organisational goals.

Yours sincerely,

Scott Wilson
