This is a freedom of information act request regarding the Radiation Protection Series No 3: Maximum Exposure Levels to Radiofrequency Fields — 3 kHz to 300 GHz and the Technical Report Series No. 164

I am requesting an electronic copy of the meeting minutes for any meetings conducted since June 2018, which discussed the above-mentioned report. This should include meetings which were specifically called with regards to this report, and those where this report was an agenda item.

Please also provide the draft and if complete, final report: Fundamentals in Non-Ionising Radiation

I request that you detail the methods by which you search for the above-mentioned data by telling me the exact search terms and any limitations of dates, or who you consulted. Please ensure that the names of those in attendance to any meeting is not obscured.

I refer to your request below dated 5 April 2019 seeking access to documents relating to Radiation Protection Series No 3: Maximum Exposure Levels to Radiofrequency Fields — 3 kHz to 300 GHz, the Technical Report Series No. 164 and the Fundamentals in Non-Ionising Radiation under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

As your request covers documents which concern the World Health Organization, ARPANSA is consulting with the World Health Organization (under section 15(7) of the FOI Act) before making a decision on the release of those documents.

For this reason, the period for processing your request has been extended by 30 days in order to allow our agency time to consult with the World Health Organisation. The processing period for your request will now end on 4 June 2019.
