Dear Brisbane City Council,
I would like to know what the usage of the Ron Hurley Theatre in Tallowwood Street, Seven Hills has been since it re-opened in 2018.
I would like to know:
1. How many events have been at the theatre?
2. What was the nature of each event? (e.g. play, music, dance, circus, etc. or conference, commercial presentation etc.).
3. Were the hirers community groups, professional companies, schools etc.?
4. What was the hire period for each event? (And/or how many performances)?
5. What was the amount paid for each hire?
6. Did the hirer use “simple mode” or pay extra for “advanced mode” technicals?
7. Was the event successful for the hirer?
8. Were there any serious problems with the event?
9. Was the hirer satisfied with the theatre and conditions?
10. Was a bond paid, and was it returned in full at the end of the hire?
I would be interested in the names of the hirers, but if that is considered private, I would like to know if the hirer was a return customer.
Yours faithfully,
Theatregoer
