Thank you for your enquiry about customer complaints made to the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA). I wondered if I could clarify with you the type of information you're looking for?
Some background on this subject: since 2014–15, QAGOMA has been publishing statistics on the customer complaints it receives each year on Queensland's open data portal (data.qld.gov.au/dataset/qagoma-customer-complaints). Complaints from customers are handled under QAGOMA's Customer Complaints Management Policy and Procedure (link from qagoma.qld.gov.au/forms/compliments_complaints).
