The setback requirements for a sunroom will depend on which suburb you are located in and which approval pathway you are looking to pursue. Could you please let me know the address of the property and whether you are planning to apply as a DA or a CDC?

In Glendenning the setback requirements for a sunroom are 900mm from side and rear boundaries.
