Wyndham Parks 2021 Project Cost Breakdown

Adam Beames made this Freedom of Information request to Wyndham City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Wyndham City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Wyndham City Council,

Can I please request the following under the FOI Act?

Documents detailing the cost for each line item listed on https://www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/wyndhampa... for Hoppers Crossing Parks, for the period 01/01/2017 to 03/03/2018.

I've included the relevant information below for your reference:

Hoppers Crossing Parks

Kiah Reserve
-Install four new seats on newly paved concrete pads
-Various new trees to be planted
-Various new garden beds to be planted
-Parkside Walk Recreational Reserve
-Additional planting throughout the reserve

Strathmore Crescent Recreational Reserve
-Install a newly paved concrete path
-Install two new seats on a newly paved concrete pad
-Improvements to the existing garden beds
-Various new trees to be planted

Whitsunday Drive Park
-Install three new seats on a newly paved concrete pad
-Additional planting throughout the reserve
-Paint the electrical box with artwork

My intention with this request is to obtain the most recent actual cost for the items included in each parks upgrade, or failing that, the most recent budgetary estimate of the same. I'm happy for this to be treated as an informal request if you're able to easily locate these documents.

Please waive any fees for this request as the information is in the communities interest, as it is community money funding these upgrades.

Yours faithfully,

Adam Beames
