As a female working in the Insurance Industry, i was discriminated, victimised and harassed. I would regularly advocate for clients. I was terminated from my previous role when I began to notice misconduct and fraud in the company. There was nobody in the entire company who I trusted so when I met the ethics manager From Chicago i began to develop a relationship with him. As soon as I began to raise the alarm, they began the manage out process.
