This "Defence Cooperation Arrangement between Australia and Papua New Guinea" was expressly and publicly mentioned in the recent PAPUA NEW GUINEA - AUSTRALIA MUTUAL DEFENCE TREATY, also known as the ‘PUKPUK TREATY’, signed on 6 October 2025.
So- can a copy of this Defence Cooperation Arrangement be provided?
