Hi Matilda,

I am following up on my earlier email to see if I might be of assistance
with any queries about the FOI process.

At this stage, because I haven’t received a valid application from you (ie
on the linked application form with your contact details and proof of fee
waiver – eg concession card/ full time student card) I have not commenced
any work on your request.

Please feel free to call me on the number below if you have any questions
on how to progress this matter.

Sincerely,

Nicole
