Dear INFORMATION.ACCESS,
It is disappointing that I have to complain about another FOI request being treated with contempt.
It is one thing for DVA to fail to publish the results of their annual client survey. It is another thing for you to fail to release this survey within the prescribed times as is required by Australian law, particularly when this document would be easy to locate.
I urge you to belatedly release this easy to obtain document by no later than the COB this FRIDAY, 5 April 2024 . Failure to do so will leave me with no alternative but to resort to social media and lodge a formal complaint with the OAIC.
Please stop gaming the system in what I expect is another example of trying to hide DVA's deteriorating performance in the eyes of their clients.
Yours sincerely,
Alan ASHMORE
