Dear Australian Community Pharmacy Authority,

I would like to request a copy of the ACPA Meetings minutes for the last 6 months to understand the Location Rule under which a pharmacy was approved for this address Priceline Pharmacy - 7 High St Forest Lake 4078. I just opened this month in July 2017 and the new medical centre opened last month in June 2017.

The pharmacy appears to have a the pharmacist name and PBS approval number on their Prescription Repeats:
Garima Singh

Forest Lake 4078
Approval Number: 80401P
