Thank you for your email dated 30 January 2014 in which you seek access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 to:

“access to Administrative Circular P0044 which was issued in respect of the Hutt River Province.”

Searches are now being undertaken in relevant areas of the Department for documents relevant to your request. I will contact you again once the searches have been completed.

Timing of release:

I refer our email to you on the 31 January 2014 regarding your request for:

I am pleased to advise that the aforementioned document can be found in our disclosure log number 13/10648. The page is marked in the top right corner as page 72.

Given the document was released in an earlier FOI request we consider your FOI request to be withdrawn.
