All correspondence relating to the removal of FOI request

Waiting for an internal review by National Disability Insurance Agency of their handling of this request.

Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

To the FOI Officer,
National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA),

I am lodging a request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I seek access to the following documents:

All internal correspondence (including but not limited to emails, instant messages, Teams chats, meeting notes or memos) within the NDIA’s Freedom of Information leadership team that were sent or received between Tuesday 30 April 2024 (inclusive) and Friday 2 May 2024 (inclusive), and that relate to the FOI request submitted by Renee Plant concerning interpersonal relationships.

Please note:
• I do not require the names or contact details of NDIA staff; these can be excluded or redacted under s 22.
• I am only seeking correspondence that directly pertains to the handling, discussion, or internal response to the specific FOI request from Ms. Plant on interpersonal relationships.

If any part of this request is unclear or would benefit from narrowing or clarification, I would appreciate the opportunity to consult before a formal decision is made.

I look forward to your confirmation of receipt.

Yours faithfully,

Renee Plant

To the FOI Officer,
National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA),

I would like to amend my recent FOI request to correct a typographical error in the date range.

The original request mistakenly referred to “30 April 2024.” This should be corrected to “30 April 2025”.

The correct date range for the documents I am seeking is therefore: from 30 April 2025 (inclusive) to 2 May 2025 (inclusive).

This amendment is provided in accordance with section 15(2)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, which allows an applicant to provide such information as is reasonably necessary to enable the agency to identify the documents sought. Please let me know if further clarification is needed.

Kind regards,

Renee Plant

Hi Renee. Have you had any update to your requests or NDIA not complying?

Renee Plant left an annotation ()

Miles, not a word. There is also the other request that has been hidden. No response to that one either. And I cannot find it on the site even though I was assured it was still an active request. Curious.

Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of National Disability Insurance Agency's handling of my FOI request 'All correspondence relating to the removal of FOI request'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Renee Plant

I have also completed a FOI requesting a copy of your request which was hidden along with the same scope of documents you have requested. Which is also hidden.

No reply from NDIA either and it is overdue. Appears there is some intentional withholding happening from NDIA.
