Dear Australian Crime Commission,

I seek ALL DCOUMENTS relating to any information, e-mails and / or letters, between Mr Stephen Dank and / or Mr Shane Charter and or Mr Nima Alavi, including transcripts of any interviews conducted by the ACC with either of these 3 gentlemen, in relation to the ACC / ASADA investigation whilst Mr Dank was associated to the AFL (via the Essendon Football Club) and / or to the NRL (via the Cronulla Rugby League Club) and his associates (either directly or indirectly linked (i.e. Shane Charter and / or Nima Alavi).

Thank you for the below FOI application. I note additional emails were
sent on Saturday 27 September and Wednesday 1 October further extending
the terms of the request.

 

At this time I would like to clarify the terms of the request with you to
ensure I have correctly interpreted the scope of the application.

 

At this time I have taken the below request to be for the following:

 

·         Any emails or letters between Mr Stephen Dank, Mr Shane Charters
and Mr Nima Alavi

·         Any transcript of interviews conducted by the ACC with Mr
Stephen Dank, Mr Shane Charters and Mr Nima Alavi in relation to the
ACC/ASADA investigation whilst Mr Dank was associated with either the AFL
or NRL

·         Any SMS/Text messages belonging to Mr Stephen Dank, Mr Shane
Charter, and Mr Nima Alavi

 

I would be grateful if you could please confirm that you wish to proceed
with the processing of your FOI application and that the above statement
accurately reflects the scope of your FOI request.

The points you have listed are correct however, could you please include as mentioned in my previous message any interviews/transcripts of interviews with respect to the use of non-approved and or illegal drug use in the AFL.
