This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I request copies of any documents containing or disclosing the existence of any allegation or finding that Scott Morrison as Managing Director of Tourism Australia breached or acted inconsistently with any of the following:
a) the Tourism Australia Values or Code of Conduct;
b) the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997;
c) the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines;
d) the Commonwealth Grant Guidelines.
I have requested the same documents from Tourism Australia. If you transfer this request to Tourism Australia, I request that you continue to process this request in respect of any documents held by your Department which are not held by Tourism Australia.

We are writing to you in relation to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request, received by the Department of Finance (Finance) on 18 November 2020.
The FOI team have consulted with the relevant business areas within Finance in relation to your points b)-d), who have confirmed that we do not hold any documents within the scope of your FOI request.
In relation to your point a) the Tourism Australia Values or Code of Conduct, this point is more closely aligned to the functions of Tourism Australia.
As you have advised us that you have sent this request to Tourism Australia as well, we do not consider there is any value in transferring this request to Tourism Australia.
Next steps
On the basis that we do not hold any documents, and that you have already sent Tourism Australia the same FOI request, we invite you to withdraw your FOI request.
If you do not withdraw your request, we will be required to partially transfer point a) of your FOI request to Tourism Australia, and proceed to a formal decision of no documents in relation to points b)-d).
We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
