Dear John,

Thank you for your enquiry via the Right to Know portal. Please accept my apologies for the delay in acknowledging your email.

If you are seeking access to information under the Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act), you must make an application directly to the Agency. You will need to complete and submit a Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application form (copy attached) and if the records you are seeking to access are not your own personal records, a mandatory application fee of $55.75 is payable as per http://www.rti.qld.gov.au/fees-and-charges

You should provide as much information as you can to assist with searches for the requested records (dates, times, names, addresses, phone numbers, hospital/s).

You may choose to complete the RTI application online, here: https://www.smartservice.qld.gov.au/serv... This method will allow you to pay the mandatory application fee via credit card
when you submit the application.

If I can be of further assistance or you have any queries, then please let me know.

Regards,
Corina

A/Governance & Information Officer

Dear Queensland Central West Hospital and Health Board,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Queensland Central West Hospital and Health Board's handling of my FOI request 'Ambulance notification and medical coverage 2019 through 2023 for Central West Hospital and Health Service'.

This response does not align with how other Queensland Government entities have responded to requests through the Right to Know platform.

I request this be reviewed by an appropriately senior officer within Queensland Department of Health and legal counsel within the organisation. This request will also be provided to the Minister for Health and Ambulance Services and Minister for Women.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

John Westerman
