This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Administrative Appeals Tribunal,

I seek the following information under FOI:

1. The actual dollar amount paid by the AAT, to Launch Recruitment; in association with Purchase Orders 4500000288, 4500000293, and 4500000368.

I have been advised that these contracts were 'underutilized' by Launch and am seeking to determine the degree to which the procurements actually were utilized.

2. The total number of hours worked by the labour hire employees subject to each of those purchase orders

3. The number of months worked by the labour hire employees subject to each of those purchase orders, at the AAT.

Yours faithfully,

John Smith
