Dear Australian National University,

I request all documents relating to ANU contracts with Rowdy Inc. This includes, but is not limited to:
i) Declared conflicts of interest and mitigation plans from ANU staff in the Office of the Interim vice chancellor and Rowdy Inc to undertake this engagement.
ii) Emails, teams chats, meeting notes, task organising platforms, signal or Whatsapp chats between the Office of the Interim Vice chancellor or the communications/media function and Rowdy.
iii) Terms of reference or scoping documents to engage Rowdy. This includes the timeline, deliverables and date of initial engagement under the contract.
iv) Exemption documents to engage Rowdy Inc without proper undertaking of ANUs procurement processes for a fair and open tender process with multiple vendors.
v) Invoices or schedule of payments between ANU and Rowdy Inc.
vi) Emails, meeting notes for an extension to the contract and required work, including additional payment or variation to the contract.

The date range is 1 August 2025 to present.
