Dear FOIUnit,

Thankyou for your response to my request to see valid documentation directly relating to the recent government mandate which has impacted the lives of many West Australians.

I have 6 main questions which as a taxpaying member of society should be be able to access freely under this Freedom of Information request.

These are:

1) Clarify the laws which WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet are to abide by when assessing matters when related to the public interest.
2) Documents outlining direction given to the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet from either The Government of Australia, The Parliament of Australia or Department of Health in relation to the laws concerning the Covid 19 and recommendation for Mandate for Vaccination.
3) Documents sent to the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet from The
Government of Australia, The Parliament of Australia or The Department of Health outlining the
necessity for a mandate on compulsory Vaccination.
4) Any communication from any other Administrative and/or Regulatory body outlining the Specifics of
the Sars 2 / Covid 19 virus with an Environmental Impact study in relation to the workplace.
5) An official Dossier of the Covid 19 virus specifically outlining the virus at molecular level, effects,
causes and treatments as essential to make an informed decision in relation to regulating future
workplace employment policies and employee rights to be presided over essential for the
competent regulation of the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
6) Documents in relation as to which body regulates the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet.

These documents should be readily on hand in order to ensure an informed decision making process which is fair, lawful and just. Given the impact that this decision from the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet will have on me personally i would assume that necessary due diligence has been undertaken to ensure an informed decision and that this information as i am a taxpayer would be available to myself for my own assessment in my opinions and beliefs directly related to this mandate.

Please receive my request in writing for this documentation.

Yours sincerely,

Matthew Peos

I am writing to request an internal review of WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet's handling of my FOI request 'Any or All documents presenting and referring to the isolation of of the Sars Covid 2 / Covid 19 virus and sub strains as a independent biological viral entity at microscopic level.'.

This request was changed as per Official FOI request documents and fees paid to the Department of Premier and Cabinet

My request has been delayed multiple times putting the Premiers Department outside the law in relation to my request. I approved provisional extensions due to the nature of the documents sought.

If i cannot civilly obtain the documents i have requested to clarify my legal position in relation to your recent decisions then you are only leaving the option for civil disorder which is chargable in a court of law under incitement.

Please forward my documentation as lawfully and rightfully requested in accordance with Australian FOI Law.
