Article labels 2
Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
As per the Freedom of Information Act I am requesting access to documents within the following scope:
A list of all possible “Article labels” for NDIA documents, including:
- “PACE user role names” (eg. “dc_users_reviewofficer”)
- “Topics” (eg. “t_planchanges”)
- “Case names” (eg. “dc_case_planchange”)
- “Ownership” (eg. “own_sgplanchangesandconnections”)
Article labels can be found found at the end of most Knowledge Articles, between the "Next steps" and "Version control" sections.
This is the second request I'm making for this information. FOI REF 24/25-0520 resulted in a decision that the documents did not exist. I find it highly improbable that a document does not exist or the information couldn't be compiled into a document for release under FOI, as the use of article label tags is standardised across multiple internal documents. It doesn't make sense that the article labels would be conceived of and manually included by document authors without any wider guidance or master list to refer to.
I suggest beginning your search by contacting the authors of the following documents where the article labels have been used to inquire about their origin:
- Knowledge Article Add and link evidence to a case V4 2024-03-08, Amended by JS0082 (FOI 24/25-0754)
- Knowledge Article Check decision legislative timeframes V2.0 2023-11-21, Amended by EMN960 (FOI 24/25-0883)
- Knowledge Article Check eligibility – EI – likely to improve or reduce deterioration of functional capacity or strengthen informal supports V3.0 2024-09-23, Amended by IIW664 (FOI 24/25-0999)
- Knowledge Article How to complete the access request case form V90. 2024-09-25, Amended by JC0088 (FOI 24/25-0754)
It also seems plausible that they are generated automatically by the business system; in which case an administrator should hold the information I'm requesting.
