Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

Prior to 1 July 2019 ASIC staff were subject to the provisions of the Public Service Act 1999 including Section 13 - the APS Code of Conduct.

The document I seek is a copy of the Code of Conduct that has replaced Section 13 of the Public Service Act 1999 for ASIC employees including the Chairman and Commissioners.

(Cth) (‘the Act’). However, in exercising this discretion, ASIC requires
