Dear Port Stephens Council,
As the elected Secretary of the Masonic Lodge that occupies the Building at 34 Nelson Street, Nelson Bay, and on behalf of the Members we wish to seek a copy of the Correspondence pertaining to the continuing alterations of our rating determinations over the last 10 years. As we have noted several times to Yourself we are not a Commercial entity and in examining the past correspondence we may be able to satisfy the Council's concerns .
