Dear FOI,

I confirm a revision of scope to:

- include only comments posted to the Enterprise Agreement Sharepoint discussion board or Yammer group Enterprise Agreement Mark 2 on or before the date of my FOI application, which include any of the following search terms:

"Commissioner"
"Jordan"
"Minister"
"Lloyd"
"Cash"
"Government"
"SES"

I hope this change means the documents can be provided with minimal effort.

Yours sincerely,

Doris Day

Yet another example of an ATO officer failing to do their duty according to law. Instead of sending the applicant a decision notice, the ATO has sent a notice of some kind to itself at its own website.
