Australian - Israeli Tax Treaty

This request is an application for the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I would like to request of a copy of the most recent tax treaty between Australia and Israel.

Tax treaties are publicly available material maintained for reference purposes, and are therefore not documents that you can (or need to) apply for under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
Information about the treaty you are inquiring about is on the Treasury website, at https://treasury.gov.au/media-release/is.... The treaty can be viewed at the first link under 'Related Content' at the bottom of the page.

However, we are unable to assist you further, as original versions of tax treaties and any documents associated with them are not documents of the ATO.
