I am requesting any information regarding any kind of Action Plan in regards to responding to terrorist activity in Australia since the Sydney Siege of December last year.

I would also like to know if any details of this plan have been altered or changed after what occurred during the Sydney Siege.

Please note that section 15 of the Freedom of Information Act specifies that you must provide such information concerning the document/s so as is reasonably necessary to enable the agency to identify it. Your request as it stands is quite broad and we are not able to determine which documents might be relevant.
