Thank you for your email.

The application process associated with the Federal Government Black Spot
Funding Programme is conducted by NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).
Infrastructure Australia does not receive or hold any application
documents, including submissions or letters of support.

In those circumstances, I suggest that you direct your request to RMS
directly. I note that a request to RMS would need to be made under the
Government Information (Public Accountability) Act 2009 and not under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth).

If you nevertheless wish to pursue this request under the FOI Act, please
let me know. Otherwise, I will treat it as withdrawn and take no further
steps to process it.

Regards

Dear IA FOI,

Yes please send through to the correct department!

Yours sincerely,

Calare Electorate

Good morning.

Unfortunately we are not able to transfer your request, as the relevant agency is a State not a Federal government agency. Details are in my email below. You will need to make a separate application for the documents you would like access to.
