Due to claims made by the New South Wales electoral commission that I was compelled to vote in the STATE Local Council Elections, I require proof.
I require:
1. An original application to register to vote form, sign by me and provided as an original certified copy by a Justice of the Peace.
2. A copy of the list where my name appears at the polling places for the Upper Hunter Shire local government area.
These two documents can be send via postal mail to
