We refer to your request of 28 November 2023 seeking access to information
regarding whether:
 

 1. Bruce Lehrmann was a corporate credit card holder or a co-signatory on
another credit card.
 1. It is standard practice for a Minister to authorise co-signatories on
their credit cards.
 1. The purchase of alcohol is authorised for credit card use by the
Department of Defence.

 
The requested information is not within the possession or control of the
Department of Parliamentary Services. Please note, Parliamentarians employ
staff under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 and not the
Parliamentary Services Act 1999. 
 
You may wish to refer your request to Ministerial and Parliamentary
Services within the Department of Finance and/or the relevant portfolio
Department, the Department of Defence, who may be able to assist you with
your request.
