At the time of working for you, he measured the rear fence height on my property with an attached carport from 9B Swan street.Wangaratta.

Hi Helen,
I am processing your freedom of information request but can you please
confirm if there was ever a formal report prepared by Jeff Whitehead? In
my discussions with Clare, we believe that the ‘Building and Surveyor
Report’ you reference may not actually exist in that form but rather it
is an email Jeff sent to his Wodonga counterpart.
Could you please advise at your earliest convenience as I will be on leave
as of COB Thursday. If no such report exists, I may only be able to supply
this email.
If you wish to proceed, please contact Customer Service and arrange
payment of the freedom of information application fee to enable the
request to be processed.

I apologise for the many questions but I want to ensure I provide exactly
what you're after.
I have found a report drafted to Afonso Building Solutions dated in 2019
as below; I can’t find an actual report as such except for the below.
Can you please advise if this is what you are looking for? Council no
longer has access to any documents on Jeff’s personal drive.
