Thank you for your informal Government Information (Public Access) Act
2009 request. Unfortunately Council's open access information does not
include the specific acquisition of commercial real estate.
If you wish to proceed to obtain information that is not open access
information, you can lodge a formal GIPA access application, the
application fee is $30. A copy of the formal GIPA access application form
can be found on pages 21 and 22 in the Agency Information Guide. A copy of
