Dear Logan

We refer to your request below of 26 February 2024, sent to the
Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and
Water (the Department), seeking:

‘I would like to view the contractor awards, including pricing, award
dates, and responsibilities for the CarbonNet CCS project in Victoria,
specifically for the engineering and design components of the project.’

It appears that your request has been sent to our Department in error and
is perhaps better placed with the Victorian State Government.  The
CarbonNet Project is administered by Victoria State Government /
Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR), and our
department is unlikely to hold information relating to your request.

For further information regarding your request we would suggest contacting
the Victoria State Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions
(DJSIR) – see [1]https://djsir.vic.gov.au/carbonnet. We note their FOI
section can be contacted via the following link:
[2]https://djsir.vic.gov.au/about-us/freedo.... As DJSIR is
not a Commonwealth Government Agency it is not possible for our department
to transfer your request.

We anticipate the above information is useful and will take no further
action in relation to your email enquiry.

Kind regards
