Dear Attorney-General's Department,

I hereby request, under the Freedom of Information Act (1982),
copies of the following documents, available as of the date of this
letter:

(a) all documents relating to any policy development or proposals
for policy development as a result of any correspondence between
AGD and any correspondence received by the AGD that is believed to
be from the identity behind, or any software in control of the
identity behind Twitter account @CCedRoxon; and

(b) all documents relating to any non-policy development related
discussion in response to any correspondence received by the AGD
that is believed to be from the identity behind or any software in
control of the identity behind Twitter account @CCedRoxon.

I also make the application that all costs for the processing of
this request be waived on the grounds that the release of this
information is in the public interest, will enhance the
transparency of the process and the public debate surrounding
potential legislative changes.
